In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time of checkout.
Orders
By placing an order on Krishna Bakery, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Krishna Bakery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for the following reasons:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded in full.
Custom Orders
Krishna Bakery offers custom cakes and baked goods for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and special events. Please note:
- Custom orders require advance booking and may require a deposit or full payment upfront
- Additional preparation time applies — please order well in advance
- Design requests are subject to our team's discretion and capability
- Minor variations between the final product and reference photos are normal for handmade items

All content on the Krishna Bakery website — including but not limited to images, logos, text, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Krishna Bakery and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
