Placing Orders
Browse our products, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.

Yes! We create custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and all special occasions. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements, design preferences, flavours, and size. Custom orders may require advance payment and additional preparation time.
There is no set minimum order for standard products. Minimum amounts may apply for bulk or custom orders. Any applicable minimums will be communicated during the ordering process.
Delivery
Same-day delivery availability depends on your location and the product type. Please contact us directly to confirm. We recommend ordering at least 1–2 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided by our shipping partner where available. You can also view your order status in the My Orders section of your account on our website.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. There are no hidden delivery fees.
Payments
We accept all major debit and credit cards, digital wallets (such as eSewa and Khalti), and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Yes. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateways. Krishna Bakery does not store your card details on our servers.
Issues & Support
