Important: Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we are unable to accept general returns. Refunds or replacements are only offered when the issue is caused by Krishna Bakery.

How to Report a Damaged Order
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Late claims may not be accepted.
- Take clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging before discarding anything.
- Email us at support@Krishnabakery.com with your order number, photos, and contact details.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect order selection by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by shipping partners
- Minor variations in decoration, colour, or design — our items are handmade and may differ slightly from photos
- Products damaged after delivery
